Establishment of the Research and Development Department

DEHA Global is pleased to announce the official establishment of the Research and Development Department (R&D) under DEHA Vietnam, effective from April 16, 2025. The R&D Department will be responsible for conducting research, developing technologies, and enhancing products, with the aim of supporting production and business operations as well as shaping the company’s future technology strategy. This initiative is part of DEHA Vietnam’s 2025 Technology Transformation Strategy.

Functions of the R&D Department:

• Conduct research and develop new technologies and products to serve production and business needs.
  
• Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and usability.
  
• Advise the Board of Management on technology orientation and product development strategies.
  
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure R&D activities align with the company’s overall development objectives.
  

Responsibilities of the R&D Department:

• Identify, research, and propose new technological solutions with practical application potential.
  
• Execute pilot projects and assess the effectiveness of new or improved products and processes.
  
• Analyze technology trends, provide relevant data, and make strategic recommendations.
  
• Work with relevant departments to implement R&D outcomes into production and business practices.
  
• Safeguard, store, and manage research results and experimental data.
