The 10th Anniversary Celebration of DEHA Vietnam was held in a formal, warm, and deeply emotional atmosphere, marking a meaningful milestone in the company’s journey of growth and development over the past decade.

Your presence, trust, and long term companionship are not only a great honor for DEHA but also a powerful source of motivation that encourages us to continue moving forward on the path we have chosen. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all employees, whose dedication and contributions over the past ten years have built and strengthened the core values of DEHA Vietnam.
From the early days of establishment with limited resources, DEHA has gradually overcome numerous challenges, market fluctuations, and periods of hardship that once seemed insurmountable. The past ten years represent a journey shaped by a strong can do spirit, perseverance, professionalism, integrity in the way we work, and a collective commitment to continuous innovation.
During the event, the Leadership Team and distinguished guests shared meaningful insights into DEHA’s development journey. Starting with only a small team, limited capital, and modest experience but driven by the courage to act, DEHA steadily navigated many challenges, especially the turbulent period of the COVID 19 pandemic.
In an emotional speech, the CEO of DEHA Vietnam expressed pride and deep reflection when looking back on the ten year journey of formation and growth. The CEO emphasized that resilience, perseverance, and unwavering belief in the chosen direction have been the key factors helping DEHA remain steadfast and continue to grow stronger.
Looking ahead, the CEO also shared the vision for the next phase, described as a new game in which artificial intelligence will become the backbone of DEHA’s business strategy. AI is not seen merely as a trend, but as a core competitive advantage. With capabilities refined over a decade, DEHA people are expected to proactively embrace new technologies, develop smarter products, and further optimize services to deliver greater value.
DEHA would like to extend special appreciation to Mr. Fukuda from Mandi and Mr. Nakamura from Aisin, two partners who have trusted, supported, and accompanied DEHA since the very early days of its establishment.
The highlight moment of cutting the anniversary cake marked a new chapter for DEHA amid enthusiastic applause and shared joy from all attendees. Following this, the Appreciation and Recognition Ceremony was held with great respect to honor the persistent contributions of employees and to express sincere thanks to partners and customers who have trusted and accompanied DEHA throughout its long journey.
